Stephanie Gerringer. Executive Director
A strong and successful advocate for progressive economic development, Stephanie Gerringer has extensive experience in asset based lending and financial management. Prior to joining Preferred Lending, she served as Senior Business Development Officer for Vectra Bank Colorado/Zions Bank, where she was responsible for both the 7(a) and 504 SBA loan programs.
Since being named Executive Director in 2000, Stephanie has repositioned Preferred Lending to achieve unprecedented levels of profitability and community service activity, increasing profits by nearly 50 percent.
In 2001, the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), an SBA national trade association, awarded Preferred Lending for the “Greatest Increase In Percentage of 504 Loan Approvals for a Portfolio Over $25 Million”.
Stephanie currently serves on the NADCO Board of Directors and has previously served on the Boards of the Denver Small Business Development Center and the Inner City Growth Center.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver with majors in Finance and Marketing.
